One way to help your puppy become a people-friendly, soft-mouthed dog is to provide non-scary exposure to other people particularly men and children.

So why do we have to focus on men and children? Because they more commonly become bite victims than women.

Failing to meet his dog-to-dog socialization requirements can create a tough outcome but it is even more difficult to live with a dog which is not socialized to people.

One way folks accomplish this in the U.S is a couple of times a week invite groups of (say 6) people around.  Men are more likely to be attracted to times when sports are on TV, and pizza on offer.

Chat with your trainer about things guests should practice with the pup like luring handling etc.

The ideal number would be around 100 different people before he is 3 months old.
