Meet & Greet
For dogs we haven’t cared for before, we require an initial 2-night Meet & Greet stay to ensure the experience is the right fit for both your dog and our home environment.
Ideally, this trial takes place on a weekend when you’re remaining close to home — just in case your dog experiences any difficulty settling in, such as signs of separation anxiety or elevated stress.
The wellbeing and emotional comfort of the dogs in our care will always come first. While the vast majority settle beautifully within the first 24 hours, we will always be honest with you if a dog is simply not suited to a change of environment.

Qualification Criteria
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all dogs in our care, all guests must:
Be fully vaccinated — please email your dog's vaccination certificate or current Titre Test results prior to their trial stay
Be social and comfortable around other dogs and people
Be desexed
Be up to date with flea and tick control
Have no major barking issues (we value our neighbours)
Have no major anxiety or severe separation issues
